Parks California supports the California State Parks system through fundraising, program management and advocacy. Two Bridges lead an immersive work session focused on reimagining the non-profit’s next five years.
The Brand Sprint, hosted on-site at Tomales Bay State Park, provided the framework for the organization’s next era of storytelling and fundraising. Added bonus is the impact for the organization, with re-inspired and engaged employees.

The challenge: Parks California was ready to fasttrack their mission to support the state parks system through fundraising, resourcing, program management and advocacy.
The brief: Inspire our team to “Dream Big.”
Two Bridges worked directly with the client in the weeks leading up to the activation to plan a bespoke workshop session that pulled from the imagination and specialties of all team members. Of particular importance was building the strategy session in line with the organization’s values of inclusivity and innovation.
The workshop - held onsite at, where else, but a State Park - was developed in line with Parks California strategic pillars and inspired employees not only in their own program planning, but during the larger offsite that hosted the working session. The session ranked at the top of impact-drivers based on employee feedback, and weeks later, the content, marketing and program strategies began to sprout.
