Descript
Descript is more than a video editor — it’s an intuitive AI tool that allows users to create, edit, and publish bespoke videos. The product is mind-blowingly easy (seriously, try it), and was about to become even more so with the unveiling of a new agentic AI video editing feature, Underlord.
In the lead-up to that launch, Descript wanted to update their Brand House to reflect this evolution in product vision, brand promise, and value prop to their B2B audience — people who make videos at work.

The product was ready for launch. The story about it needed to be written.
When the Head of Marketing reached out to Two Bridges, the challenge was less about creating something entirely new, but establishing guardrails, guidelines, and an agreed-upon brand for the full marketing and creative team. This exercise was critical before a huge, high-profile unveiling of Underlord, Descript’s agentic AI video editor, not only to ensure a cohesive launch, but to build a strong foundation for future marketing.
Working directly with the Head of Marketing, Two Bridges diagnosed spaces within the brand to finetune, identified a work plan to get there, hosted collaborative team workshops to develop the identity, and delivered a clear, consolidated Brand House to share with the CEO and internal stakeholders and implement before launch.
The product launched in Summer 2025, after testers’ advanced editing capabilities increased by more than 60%.
